Viewing workspace logs (activity history) in Sanka
Downloading workspace logs (activity history)
We will provide information together with actual screenshots implemented in Sanka.
Open Sanka and go to Workspace > Logs.

Search and filter:
You can search for change histories using the search field at the top of the page by item name or object ID (such as order, product, contact, or company).
You can navigate between pages using the pagination at the bottom of the screen.
How to read each row:
Displays what was changed, who (or the system) performed the action, and when. It also shows the IP address and device information.
Download the log (send CSV by email):
Click the Download button in the upper right of the screen.
A side panel will open on the right; submit the form to start the export.
The CSV file of the log will be sent as an email attachment.
Note:
The export runs in the background, and a success message will be displayed in the app.
The subject line of the email will be "Sanka - Workspace Log CSV".
I pressed Download but did not receive an email.
Please check your spam folder and ensure you are logged in with the correct email address. If you do not receive the email after waiting a few minutes, please try again or contact support.
Is it possible to export only certain logs?
First, narrow down the target logs using the search field, and then click 'Download'. Change logs for the relevant workspace will be included in the CSV.
If you have any difficulties with the operation, please inform support with 'Workspace Log' or 'Help Center PDF'.
