How to Integrate HubSpot
Log in to Sanka
① Access Sanka and log in with your credentials.
② Ensure that you are in the appropriate workspace where the HubSpot account will be connected.

Navigate to the Integration Services
① Click on the "Workspace" tab located in the left-hand menu of the dashboard. Then, click "Integration Services."

② Click on the "New" button located in the upper right-hand corner of the Integration Services screen.

③ The list page of integrated services will be displayed. All third-party applications that can be connected to Sanka are listed.

④ Select “HubSpot” to begin the integration. You can either scroll through the list of integrated services or use the search bar to find it.

⑤ Once you have confirmed that “HubSpot” is selected, choose “Standard Method” and click on “Create Integration Service.”

⑥ Next, the HubSpot authentication page will be displayed. Select the account to be linked and grant permission.


⑦ If you allow the integration, you will be redirected to Sanka. Once the integration is successful, the HubSpot account will appear on the linked services page.

⑧ Click "Edit" on the integrated HubSpot to display detailed information on the detail page.

Company Properties - sanka_id - email
Contact Properties - sanka_id
Deal Properties - sanka_id (UNIQUE) - platform - platform_id
