Contract Object Overview

The contract object is a database within the system that allows for the execution of NDAs and other contracts.

What Can Be Done with the Contract ObjectThe object enables the execution of NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) and other contracts online, realizing electronic contracting within Sanka.

Key Properties of the Contract Object

The following are the default properties of the contract object.

Document: Contract documents can be uploaded.

Signature: You may designate signatories for both parties. By registering an email address, you can request a signature from the other party.

Free Text: It is possible to add free text to the document.

Placement of Seal/Signature Field: You can place seals and signatures.
